A Wish from a Cute Penguin

This is for Sketch Saturday Challenge ...and the Gina K "Release Party Challenge #2 String It Up!" to use string, fiber or twine instead of ribbon.

I'm sure eventually I'll be posting lickity-split... but right now, it's taking me forever! LOL

The twine... I used 3 Copic markers in shades of pink to change the twine color for the bow. Then, I looped a bunch of twine, and tied it in the middle, cut the loop ends, and gave them a little haircut. I like the texture the twine added to the card.

The penguin in a digi from Angel's Landing and is colored using Prismacolor pencils, blended with OMS, and popped up with Glue Dots. The snowsuit, mittens and hat are paper pieced :)

The solid and dotted cardstock are Bazzill, and the brads are Basic Grey. The green cardstock was sprayed with Tattered Angels Glimmer Mist in Slate. It's hard to see but this matches shimmer on the DP. Hat, mittens, and eyes...Stickles Star Dust. The sentiment is from Stampin Up! Small Script.
